A couple of months ago, one of our faithful readers asked us to make a series of icons designed specifically for programmers, since we have made all kinds of stuff for designers and artists… Well, here they are, Iconshock’s original series of developer icons. Japan used to celebrate their new year based on the Chinese lunar calendar. But since the late nineteenth century, (1873) they switched to the gregorian calendar, like most of the world. Despite the shift of dates, they continued using their ancestral symbols and customs. Check out how these customs are depicted with extraordinary detail in these icons by S_heaven.
