There’s only two things to consider in my humble opinion and they are: Keep it simple and user friendly. I hate long drawn out user manuals/help files, if I click on something thinking it will do “This” then it should. Cheers

I would be happy if my mom could figure it out on her own. If anyone can design a site that she can navigate without asking me dumb questions then they’ve hit the UI jackpot. Not that she’s dumb but she’s had no education and she’s paranoid and panicky and hasn’t touched a computer in bout 8 yrs. Perfect test market right there.
