Found this interview while google Michael Flarup. Read it and loved his smart thoughts... Until I came to the comment from Kim about Michael Flarup being an icon thief. I had to look it up and that truly is disturbing! Doesn't look like a mistake to me... Even though he says it is on his apology. http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:46hkPBj8PBgJ:iconpark.net/mytake.html+http://iconpark.net/mytake.html&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

So in like 5 minutes he first gained and then lost my respect.

Doesn't look so promising now when it turns out he's been steeling other designers work?

He copied more then 80 icons from Helveticons. http://mxmln.blogspot.com/2010/03/where-would-you-draw-line.html

Makes me wonder if this is his way to success?

I guess it would have to be this one with Michael Flarup. Because it shows that if you have a passion for what you do it will reflect back in your work.

Outstanding interview G. I really enjoyed it and I am always looking forward to the next one. If Michael Flarup works is what the future has in store for us then I say "Bring it on!"

nice interview!

i first met michael's work looking for nice mac icons and then i found Pixelresort, that it has been on my bookmarks since then.

Michael' style is so unique and very high-detailed.

I've been a happy client and I hope we could work together again in the very near future!
