But that sometimes becomes a hassle when you need just one specific icon in just one style. Well, our development team has been for the last six months building from scratch this remarkably fast and accurate search engine so you can find anything inside our vast collection of over 80000 icons. First of all let me say that the development team deserves a big round of applause for undertaking the monstrous job of organizing your icons. With that said and understanding it’s a Beta version I will try not to be to critical BUT I have to tell you some things are just plain wrong here when searching for a specific icon. I went to the search page and typed in Guitars, it came back with no results. Now I know your example above had guitars so when I came back and looked I realized you had typed Guitar so I typed that and voila, (I think they should have come up under Guitar or Guitars and it didn’t ) up came every musical instrument you have. I didn’t want to see that, all I wanted to see were the Guitars, everyone that you have and nothing more. If I want a Guitar Icon I don’t want to buy your musical instrument package no matter how reasonable the cost, I want to pick the guitar I want from the offerings and then click on it to buy it and then I expect to be able to download it right then and there. Just as if I were in a store shopping. Now if I search for musical instruments, then I would expect the whole package to come into play and if I needed a variety of instruments then I would consider the complete deal. See what I mean? I hope you do. Please don’t take offense as the search engine is a much needed enhancement for the site and you’ve done a good job, it could be slightly better. My hat’s off to you guys and gals.

The ability to search should help draw in people with specific needs. Sherwoods right, you really need to be able to sell individual icons if people are now looking and searching for those individual icons.
Think of it this way. People are more easily parting with pocket change than the big bills in their wallets. If you can sell individual icons to people, you wont make the full price of the set…but youll be selling more stuff to people who wouldn’t have bought it any other way. That small change adds up fast!!
