Japanese Alphabet is totally different from ours; each of the characters that make part of it are totally elaborated and symbolize a word or concept, making it very hard to learn, if you're not a native. However, someone thought that due to the variety of formats and fluent shapes available in this alphabet, creating images with them would be possible. This idea made possible
Fontpark, a Flash application developed by Yugo Nakamura, that allows user to modify the characteristics of this alphabet in order to create a design of their own. The interface is very clean and simple to use, although I had a hard time rotating the fonts. One thing I would change is the background sound, having a stop or mute button would be a nice idea :)
